Are all products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is individually shaped, poured, sanded, and polished by hand.
Will my product look exactly like the photo?
The design will match, but wood grains and epoxy patterns are naturally unique.
Is the finish strong and durable?
Yes. We follow proper curing and multi-stage polishing for a long-lasting finish.
Are these safe for direct food contact?
They are ideal for dry serving and décor styling. Avoid direct wet food contact.
How do I clean and maintain the product?
Use a soft damp cloth. Do not soak in water or use harsh chemicals.

Delivery takes 7–15 working days from order confirmation.
How is the product packed?
Each item is securely packed with protective layers for safe delivery.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
An unboxing video is required. With proof within 7 days, we arrange return/refund.
