Important Rule (Must Read)
An unboxing video is mandatory in case of any complaint related to wrong item, empty parcel, or damage.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time.
Without this proof, we will not be able to process any claim.

If Product is Damaged
- Share unboxing video and damage photos within 7 days.
- We will arrange return.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, full refund will be issued.
If You Did Not Like the Product
- You can return within 7 days.
- Return shipping cost will be paid by you.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Refund will be processed after we receive the product back.
No Returns After 7 Days
We do not accept returns or refunds after 7 days from delivery, under any condition.
