2) Nature of Handmade Products (Very Important)
All products are handcrafted using natural wood and epoxy. Due to the natural and handmade process:
- Wood grains, knots, lines, and textures will always vary.
- Epoxy patterns will never be identical.
- Each piece is unique.
Product photos are for reference only. These natural variations are not defects and are part of the product’s uniqueness.
3) Product Representation & Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.
- Size and finish are handcrafted and may have minimal variation.
4) Pricing Policy
- Product prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- The price at the time of purchase is final.
- Antique Aura is not responsible for pricing errors due to technical issues.
5) Payments & Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- If payment fails, the order will not be processed.
- Secure payment gateways handle all transactions. We do not store card or bank details.
6) Order Acceptance, Rejection & Cancellation
Antique Aura reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as:
- Product out of stock
- Incorrect customer details
- Suspicious transaction
- Technical or pricing errors
If canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded.
7) Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days.
- Delivery is handled through third-party courier companies.
- Delays due to courier issues, weather, or remote locations are beyond our control.
8) Returns, Refunds & Claims
All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
- No returns/refunds are accepted after 7 days of delivery.
9) Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide:
- Correct name, address, and phone number
- Availability to receive the parcel
Antique Aura is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect information.
